Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Global AI Labs website and, where applicable, access to the private beta.

Last updated: 13 October 2026 (draft)

01. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or requesting access to the private beta you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept them for that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page.

02. Private beta access

The product is in a private, invitation-only beta. Submitting the Request access form does not guarantee access; we decide who is invited and when. Beta features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time, and are provided to evaluate the product rather than for critical use.

03. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or the beta to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload content you have no right to use, or to create or share a person's likeness without their consent. We may refuse or end access to anyone who does.

04. Intellectual property & content ownership

You keep ownership of the material you provide. You give us permission to use it only as needed to run the service for you. Global AI Labs owns the site, the platform and our brand, and nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. Ownership of generated output is set out in your beta agreement when you are onboarded.

05. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and the beta are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Global AI Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses beyond the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

06. Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these terms or if we end the beta. You can stop using the site at any time, or ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected].

07. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your home country gives you rights that cannot be limited by contract.
