Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data Global AI Labs collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 13 October 2026 (draft)

01. Information we collect

When you submit the Request access form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, what describes you (for example studio, agency, investor or talent) and, optionally, a short message about what you are working on. If you email us we also keep the message and your address. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one preference in your browser (your sound on/off choice) which never leaves your device.

02. How we use your information

We use your details to read and answer your access request, to decide who joins the private beta, to contact you about onboarding and the product, and to keep a record of our conversations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

03. Third-party processors

Form submissions are received and delivered to us by Formspree (formspree.io), which processes them on our behalf and may log technical data such as your IP address. Our website hosting provider may log requests (such as IP address and pages visited) in order to deliver the site. We do not share your details with anyone else except where the law requires it.

04. Data retention

We keep access requests and related emails only as long as needed to respond, run the private beta and meet legal obligations. You can ask us at any time to delete your details and we will do so unless we must keep them by law.

05. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose you object to. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used. We will reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the applicable law requires.

06. Likeness & consent data

Our platform is built around consent-verified likeness and IP. If you are admitted to the private beta and upload likeness or other protected material, we use it only to provide the service you asked for, and we keep a record of the consent attached to it. The specific terms for that data are confirmed with you when you are onboarded.

07. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell people who have an active request or beta account by email.
